Caitlin Goulet’s voice is vulnerable yet confident and emotionally charged. Described by CBC Reclaimed host Jarrett Martineau as “One of my favourite new artists from the West Coast underground. Her music has a very special kind of magic. Caitlin Goulet writes songs that are like dreams you can get lost in. They feel like clouds moving through your body or sound taking over your spirit.”

Out July 9th, 2021 her new album “Inside Thoughts” explores the inner world of a sad-girl gone bad-girl who’s bossing up and healing. Raw, conversational, and unapologetic lyrics channeled through a dynamic and magnetic voice. Her alt-pop, dream-pop, and alternative r&b stylings are likened to Banks, FKA Twigs, Solange, Tei Shi, Kelela, Aaliyah, and Brandy.

Caitlin is of Métis/French/Irish/Scottish heritage. She is based on the Unceded Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh Territory known as Vancouver, Canada.

In November 2019, she released her first music video, Dive Deep, thanks to support from Amplify BC, Creative BC, and The City of Vancouver. Since then, she has been releasing singles leading up to the release of her debut album, Inside Thoughts, on June 25th, 2021. This release was financially supported by the First Peoples’ Cultural Council. Another two new singles have emerged from her recent collaboration with producer/rapper Marzzybaby, with more to come later this year.
